Returns & Exchange
Strictly no return and no exchange for all True Vintage items including vintage accessories.
Exchange and refund are not allowed for sale items or orders using special promotional code. Please make sure you have select the right item before you check out.
If you would like to return an order, kindly email us in advance, stating the order number, item details and reasons. Please only mail the items over once we have acknowledge the email.
Once your returned items is received and inspected, you will be notify by email regarding the approval or rejection a refund. Refund will be done in the form of Gift Card credit notes. You can redeem the credits in the gift card exclusively thru our website.
To be eligible for returns, every items must be in their original condition and packaging when you first received them; unworn, unaltered with tags still attached within 21 calendar days upon the date of purchase.
Do note that each order is valid for only one-time exchange and returns & exchanges are not allow for sale items or order using special promotional codes.
Apologies in advance if we missed a faulty item and send it to you by accident as all our items are inspected upon arrival at the warehouse.
We only replace items if they are defects or damaged, errors made on our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in different size or colour, kindly email us. Always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back an item.
Shipping charges for replacement items will be borne by the buyer. The cost will be deducted from your credit note. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an order over $85, you should consider registered mail with tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
