Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

All orders are final upon confirmation. Confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is Free for local standard mail by SingPost with no tracking number. Registered mail is available via SingaPost upon request with an additional fee.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we accept international orders. We provide complimentary international shipping for orders above SGD 250.

Is self pickup available?

Yes self pick up is available. The pick up location is usually at one of our stockists.

Can I try on an item and have a closer look before making a purchase?

Yes you can. Meet ups are available upon a mutual agreed date, time and location. The meet up location is usually at one of our stockists.

 Important pointers to take note of!

  •  Colour accuracy

DHV displays the colours of each item as accurately as we can. However due to lighting, colours portrayed on the website may appear to be slightly different from the actual item. Please also note, colours may also appear differently due to the calibration of different computer monitors.

  •  Fitting & visuals

Some clothing pieces are pinned back to fit the mannequin. Kindly refer to actual measurements for accuracy. Accessories used with apparels are meant for styling purposes only. For enquiries and/or to purchase the accessories, kindly inbox us here.

  •  Securing a vintage item

Since vintage items mainly comes in only one-piece/ quantity, all merchandise is sold on a payment first basis and is subject to availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed.

  •  Estimated delivery time

Delivery times are only estimated as the shipping services are provided by third parties. Which means DHV is not responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Kindly expect delays during peak periods such as festive seasons (e.g. Christmas) and Public Holidays.

  •  Lost & damage mail

DHV is not responsible for any lost/ stolen, torn and damage merchandise cause during shipment

  •  Redeliver

In the event when an order is returned back to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the agreed time frame as indicated by the postal service, re-delivery fee applies.

  •  Urgency of Order

If your order is urgent, kindly leave us a note during check-out and we will do our best to process your order quickly.

  •  Error

DHV has the right to refuse and/or cancel orders resulted from errors appearing on the website. This also applies to orders that have been confirmed with credit card payment charged. If payment has been approved, we will immediately issue a credit refund to your credit card account as per the amount charged.

  •  Price

Prices displayed on the website are shown in Singapore Dollars SGD. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.

 

True Vintage

What is New Old Stock (NOS) or Dead stock?

NOS and Dead stock are items that are brand new and have not been worn. In most cases, these items are typically stocks that are excessive, they are left over stock (hence the term dead stock!) or stocks that run out of style during their hay days. These stocks are kept aside or stored at the back of a warehouse, long forgotten for many years until they are recently rediscover again. Nicely aged in pristine new condition, after probably 20-30 years or more, these newly discovered stocks are genuine original true vintage pieces with all its gloriously uniqueness and quality which passes the  test of time and style! What a timely order to make an appearance after all that decades! NOS items are truly unique vintage pieces and one of a kind!

Kindly follow the measurements provided for each vintage items. Measurements are in centimeters (cm) and inches.

Each item is laid flat during measurement for accuracy however please allow 0.5-1cm differences. It is essential to measure up for better fitting and sizing.

Why are there stains / flaws?

Most vintage items are pre-loved and aged 20 years and beyond, hence it is only natural to have some sign of wear & tear which gives character to a vintage piece. Minor flaws such as faint stain, some pulled thread, sign of worn are acceptable and are consider good vintage condition.

DHV's strict QC team vets thru each vintage pieces for any stain, rip or missing button which will then be fixed, mended and cleaned before they reaches you.

Custom order is not available but we are open to the idea.

Do you restock the same design?

Currently no we don't.

DHV collections come in limited quantity. We worked closely with a small local production team to ensure quality, exclusivity and carries the Made-in-Singapore label proudly.

DHV collections is expending. We will look into restocking popular sold out items in the near future. Perhaps in a different colour ways or with a better twig! Watch this space!
